In this Gorgeous Summer Music Course 2024 we will be learning piano and singing just like Taylor sang on her Eras tour. Did you know Taylor Swift not only plays the guitar, but she also plays piano? The piano is such a beautiful and versatile instrument to learn to play, and this summer, in our course you can learn to play all the chords and notes you need to know to play a song just like the biggest pop star in the world, Taylor Swift. We will be learning this by studying the song Gorgeous, and by the end of the course you'll be able to sing and play it for yourself, and even impress your friends and family with your new skills! Turn you summer into a rewarding opportunity to play and perform beautiful music and learn new skills! In this Summer Camp, the classes will be small, because I want everyone to get the attention they deserve, and we will meet twice a week for four weeks. By keeping the classes small and meeting twice a week, you will learn faster. With proven teaching methods, by the end of the summer, you'll be able to sing and play along to Gorgeous yourself, like Taylor does on stage. It'll be fun, educational, and so rewarding. Having other people in class to cheer you on, and to play with, adds to motivation to learning, and the connection is great. Music is meant to be enjoyed and shared with others. I highly recommend learning music this way. I'm based in Los Angeles, but what's great about this course is you can access me and my teaching from anywhere in the world because this course is online, live, and only offered this summer! Our first class is on Tuesday July 16th, 2024 from 2:30-3:30 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) and we will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30-3:30 PM PST until August 8th. The last class on August 8th, 2024, will be a listening, sharing, cheering each other on, (optional, but highly recommended to participate) performance class. ​ The class dates and times listed are Pacific Standard Time. Please feel free to convert to your time zone. It is recommended you attend all the classes, but if you miss a session, since Zooms will be recorded, the materials can be available to help you catch up, and there will be a review of what we learned in each previous class on the next Zoom session.
